The MVHO tenant services staff process applications, complete lease signings and address concerns and issues of tenants at MVHO-owned properties -
The MVHO rental assistance staff process applications, conduct inspections and address concerns and issues with the Shelter Plus Care rental assistance program -
The MVHO maintenance staff address all emergency and routine maintenance and coordinate rehabilitation of new properties acquired by MVHO -
The MVHO outreach staff work with homeless, disabled persons living in shelters or on the streets to encourage them to access appropriate housing and services -
The MVHO New Hope Villa staff provide 24-hour operations at the New Hope Villa senior housing facility on Infirmary Road. They cannot be reached at the main office, but you can contact them at the New Hope Villa number - 937-268-0161.
