The MVHO tenant services staff process applications, complete lease signings and address concerns and issues of tenants at MVHO-owned properties -
The MVHO rental assistance staff process applications, conduct inspections and address concerns and issues with the Shelter Plus Care rental assistance program -
The MVHO maintenance staff address all emergency and routine maintenance and coordinate rehabilitation of new properties acquired by MVHO -
The MVHO outreach staff work with homeless, disabled persons living in shelters or on the streets to encourage them to access appropriate housing and services -
The MVHO Country View staff provide 24-hour operations at the Country View senior housing facility on Infirmary Road. They cannot be reached at the main office, but you can contact them at the Country View number - 937-718-0637
